Ho wood is a beautifully scented, sustainable wood that has wide aromatherapy benefits such as an aid for insomnia, antidepressant, immune stimulant, and helps generate new cell growth. This makes Ho Wood particularly interesting for anti-aging and mature skin care blends. Its aroma is especially pleasing and calming when diffused for insomnia
Palo santo, which means “holy wood” or “wood of the saints,” is a fallen wood from a sweet, fragrant tree that grows in South America. It belongs to the citrus family, and is related to both frankincense and myrrh. For centuries, the Incas, Shamans, medicine people and Indigenous communities in South America have used this powerful form of tree medicine for energy clearing, healing and spiritual cleansing. The high limonene content can increase the cellular turnover to improve our skin's texture and healing abilities...and of course the scent is otherworldly.
Eucalyptus has been used since antiquity for its healing benefits and can be attributed to having anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, and antiseptic qualities, among other valuable properties.
Tiger Eye is a crystal that may help to release fear and anxiety and aids in creating harmony, especially during change, and clearing new pathways. It can stimulate taking action, and making decisions using discernment and understanding while balancing emotions.

To use, shake gently to blend all the goodness. Spritz all over face, hair, body...as often as desired. Woods may assist in skin issues, helping to balance the sebum while softening and increasing circulation. We love a little mist on our pillow & bedding to create a restful environment and sweet dreams. Note that there is an active crystal in your bottle.
