All of the flowers we infused are the good ones, not only the highest in measurable vibration, but in vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant content. Skin regenerating and softening, this serum can plump and firm the skin and is meant to be used between cleansing and moisturizing for a long lasting, dewy finish.
A few Key Ingredients:
Rose - (Hydrosol and essential oil) Rose essential oil and the water extract formed contain vitamins A, B, E, C, and K and have high levels of potassium and iron which are important minerals for keeping skin healthy. Highly rejuvenating, rose hydrates dry skin, helps to clear acne, reduce signs of aging, minimizes the appearance of scars, and helps with conditions such as eczema and rosacea. It also has the highest Chi of all the florals, helping to balance moods, lift spirits, and raise libido.
Palmitoyl tripeptide 38 - This highly bio-active peptide deeply penetrates the skin through enhanced collagen production. By stimulating collagen synthesis, this complex helps to strengthen skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Clinical studies relating specifically to palmitoyl tripeptide-38 have shown that it helps improve the appearance of multiple signs of aging, including fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and dullness.
Beta glucan - Stemming from Beta-Glucan's power to protect the skin's barrier, Beta-Glucans can help prevent cell damage + soothe redness and irritation. Beta-Glucans are known for their skin plumping properties, helping to deeply hydrate the skin, plumping and firming fine lines and wrinkles and reduce fine lines with continued use over time combine hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan for maximum hydration and plumping benefits.
Hyaluronic acid - Able to hold up to 1000 times its molecular weight in water, hyaluronic acid penetrates the skin and binds skin cells to water, infusing all layers of the skin with valuable, rejuvenating moisture. HA also promotes skin cell regeneration which leads to healthier cells and a more vibrant complexion. As a result of increased cell turnover, HA also helps reduce and prevent age spots and pigmentation issues. We use 3 different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid that work synergistically, along with the peptides, to increase the plumping + hydrating benefits.
We recommend using Flowers and all water based serums BEFORE you use an oil based moisturizer or this will just sit on the surface of the skin (oil vs. water). For best results, use Flowers serum after exfoliating, using a facial mask, or a simple but thorough cleansing, removing any oil residue from oil cleansing. Once you've polished your skin, spray your mist or toner and while the skin's still damp, apply the serum.
To use, shake first to mix all the goodness and note you may find the occasional flower petal. Apply a couple drops to clean fingers, then massage into clean skin in upward strokes, including your neck and decolletage. We like to then reapply our Flowers Facial Mist or your favorite vibrational mist, once the serum is nearly dry on skin to lock in moisture. While the skin is still a little damp, apply your favorite moisturizer or facial oil. This product does not need to be refrigerated as it contains plant based preservatives, but feels amazing when kept slightly chilled (not frozen), and will have the added benefit of soothing morning puffiness and inflammation + a longer shelf life. Either way, Flowers is best kept in a cool + dark environment along with all facial oils & serums!
